SUPPLIES
JOJOBA OIL, 32 OZ used in hand cream, shampoo bars- easy to handle jug
CASTOR OIL, 16 OZ used in hand cream, shampoo bars
COCONUT OIL, 128 OZ used in deodorant, lip balm, soap making- reusable bucket
LIP BALM TUBES, 100 CT- snap tight lids- not all brands make a good seal
ARROWROOT POWDER, 2.5 LB used in deodorant- this is one of the best brands for bulk ingredients we've found
ALMOND OIL, 16 OZ used in lip balm, hand scrubs- super smooth, highly moisturizing
OLIVE OIL, 3 L used in soap making- best deal for bulk olive oil that is what it states- not all are pure
COCOA BUTTER, 1 LB used in lip balm, salves- the wafers are much easier to weigh and use than the blocks of cocoa butter elsewhere
MASON JARS, 16 CT used for hand cream, scrubs, toothpaste and scrubs- very handy- great size and pretty pattern for gift giving- lids take standard round labels
STICK BLENDER this is used for deodorant, lip balm, salves and soaps- this model has stood the test of some pretty intense soap making sessions and is still going years later.
OTHER THINGS THAT WORK
uses solar or hand-crank to power flashlight, cell phone charger, sos alarm and flashers, and radio (3 frequencies)
many options to organize phone chargers within reach, and keep extension and electronics cords untangled
I got this for our rabbit area to reduce the flies instead of gross flypaper- yuck!
works with UV and ozone sterilization methods to kill off pathogens- especially useful now
clamps to tables or countertops for hands-free recipes or video- helpful when doing demos
we have one in the kitchen and one in the workroom- both with little counter space- a great improvement
I got this when I broke my ankle. It lives in the freezer but stays soft and flexible to wrap hard to treat areas.
SILICONE SHEETS FOR DEHYDRATOR
useful to catch crumbly herbs, juicer pulp, and to set fruit leathers
these keep the air fresh for us and reduce suspended dust/dander in the air
handy for freshness, critical when we are sick
REUSABLE HAND AND POCKET WARMERS
these were necessary when the youngest was in outdoor sports for him playing and us watching!
I wish I knew about these when my kids were younger, but I got these for my nieces and nephews...Such a nice way to boost self-esteem, leadership and character
